Loving My Bright Summer Makeup Look




This look was inspired by one of my favourite makeup Gurus on YouTube. I have learnt a lot from her since I started doing makeup. I was practicing while watching the video and I loved the outcome so I decided to do this look.


Products Used

Eyes
Elf Eyeprimer
Makeup forever concealer as a base
Sleek Carribean palette for the yellow, purple and light pink eyeshadows
120 eyeshadow palette for the Hot pink and lime green eyeshadow
Sleek Original palette for the blue eyeshadow
Barry M eyedust in #95 (gold)
L'oreal Perfect Slim pen Liner (black)
Eyecandy lashes



You can used the 120 eyeshadow palette to achieve this look, it has all the colours you would need for this look.

Cheeks & Lips


  • Sleek contour kit in Dark
  • La Femme Blush
  • NYX lip liner in Mauve
  • Rimmel lipstick in "Have fun"
  • Elf lipgloss in Maple Sugar

Where did you learn to do eye makeup? Or should I say how did you learn to do it? Because I LOVE great eye makeup looks like you create and I'm pretty good at mimicking looks using YT tutorial but I would not have a clue to create one myself.

@Nia Everal It's by practicing. to be totally honest i don't always wake up with makeup looks ideas. i get inspired by looks i see in magazines or youtube or online by looking at some looks i get my own idea on what makeup i should do, you would not get it right at first but once you keep practicing and getting your own ideas you will get better at it.
